I am a sole trader providing wellbeing services primarily to women. These services include NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. I am also a Brand Partner for Young Living.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what kind of personal data I collect, process, use, share and store in connection with coaching, products bought, and use of the pipparutherford.com website. It also describes how I safeguard your data, when and how it is destroyed and sets out your individual rights in relation to that data.

In the course of providing services you’ve used or requested, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Booking an introductory coaching call, coaching sessions or classes via my website using my Calendly Scheduling account (www.calendly.com)
  • During a coaching session or phone call which I may make a record of in my session notes
  • Registering for an account
  • Entering a competition sponsored by us or one of our partners
  • Signing up for special offers from selected third parties
  • Sending us an email message
  • Submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services
  • Requesting one of our free resources from the Pippa Rutherford website

Examples of trusted partners would be my website provider, BlueHost and Get Oiling, and my booking calendar, Calendly.

You may request to be withdrawn from any promotional or marketing emails or other contacts from me at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe button included in all automated correspondence or by emailing pippa@mamas-mojo.co.uk.

 

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored and kept strictly confidential.

Information you share electronically, will be stored electronically. If a hard copy is produced, it will be secured physically. Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent your personal data from being accidentally accessed or disclosed in an unauthorised way.

In the case of a known or suspected personal data breach, you and the ICO will be notified, where I am legally required to do so.

Information that you have shared during coaching sessions will be stored in paper form. Each client will be assigned a reference number and it’s this, and not a first or last name, that will be included with these notes. These notes will be stored in a locked cabinet.

We keep information relating to coaching sessions for 7 years after the most recent contact that you have had with us, in case you have a desire to return at a future date. If you contact me about coaching services but I do not provide a coaching service to you, I will retain your personal data for a period of 18 months.

We keep all information submitted in relation to an account or services and products you’ve received from us until you close that account or you choose to opt-out of receiving further information from us.

After this time, your electronic information will be deleted from systems and any hard copies will be shredded.
